We've tried very hard to make shopping with us as easy as possible,
but if you have questions about anything you see on the shopping
cart, scroll to the bottom of the page for instructions.
Cart Instructions:
1 - Specials & Accessories: This is where you'll find our great Wickman products but it's also where you'll
occasionally find special
candle deals.
2 - Standard Candle: These are our standard size candles with our currently in-stock fragrances. Colors are shown for you but you may not change them. If you would rather have a different color or don't see the fragrance you wish, please consider a Custom Candle. If you are a business
client and wish to take advantage of our Semi-Private Label Program using a standard candle, there is a checkbox
to activate which will add the appropriate charge and enable you to upload the
label artwork later in the process.
3 - Custom Candle: Here you simply choose the size, fragrance, and what color
you want. Note that no default color is presented for you so you may choose whatever color you wish. Custom candles can be made from any frangrance in the list but if you choose something that is not currently in-stock, a special order fee may apply. If you are a business
client and wish to take advantage of our Semi-Private Label Program, there is a checkbox
to activate which will add the appropriate charge and enable you to upload the
label artwork later in the process.
4 - Finish the ordering process: After you've chosen all your items, you'll be asked for
address information and given a
choice of delivery or shipping options. Local Delivery service is available only to those customers in the Huntsville/Madison metro area 5 - Payment: We use PayPal for our credit card processing
so when you click the pay button, don't be shocked when the page changes. You'll be shown totals with taxes and shipping and fields to
put in your credit card or PayPal information. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry - PayPal accepts credit cards regardless of whether you have an account or not.
5 - Delivery: Please be aware that all orders are serviced on a first-come, first-served basis, so in the holiday season (fall/winter)
your order might take longer as we get extremely busy. Also, not all fragrance oils are kept in stock in our shop and must be ordered
from our suppliers. For these reasons, please allow 10 business days for creation and shipping of your order. We certainly try to get
orders out as quickly as possible and we will contact you if your order is delayed beyond the 10 day period for any reason.
